Refund Policy

We keep our refund policy simple and fair. Because our courses are digital programs with immediate access to study materials after approval, the following rules apply.

When you are eligible for a refund

• Rejected enrollment: if you paid but we could not verify or approve your enrollment, you receive a full refund.
• Duplicate payment: if you were charged twice for the same enrollment, the duplicate amount is refunded in full.
• Before access: if you request cancellation before your payment is approved and course content is unlocked, you receive a full refund.

When a refund is not available

Once your enrollment is approved and course materials have been unlocked or downloaded, the program is considered delivered and fees are non-refundable. This protects the value of our content for all paying students.

How to request a refund

Email or call us (details on the Contact page) within 7 days of payment with your registered email, course name and the transaction reference number. Our team will confirm eligibility within 2 working days.

Processing time

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

Donations

Voluntary donations to the foundation are not refundable except in the case of a verified duplicate transaction.
